Every successful business venture or project begins with a plan, whether simple or complex.  You've heard the adage that if you fail to plan, then you plan to fail.  Therefore, it is our recommendation that you start with the Strategic Services Forms page and click to open the Project Engagement Questionnaire with answering as many questions as you can.  Next, open the Account Checklist to ascertain whether you "have" or "need" each item of the listing.  If you have current creative executions that support your objectives, then you can click to open and fill in the Media Brief.  If creative executions are a need, then click to access the Creative Services Forms page and fill in the Creative Brief.  Upon the completion of any project or service, you can rate our performance with the Client - Customer Survey located on all forms pages.

Once we receive your form(s), we:

1. Review your submission
2. Obtain clarity or congruency - (Call, Conference or Meeting)
3. Develop communcations plans and budget estimates based on your marketing objectives and strategies, as well as, relate them, if possible, to measured objectives to determine effectiveness - (We will assist in developing marketing objectives and strategies, if desired or deemed necessary)
4. Agree and verify Key Performance Indicators (KPI) through our Client - Agency Letter of Agreement - (Call, Conference, Email, Fax or Meeting)
5. and finally, Engage in project(s) to efficiently guarantee speed to ideas in the marketplace.
